Sales Consultant for Automotive Products

Docteur du Pare-Brise, a prominent network established in the automotive sector, focuses on the sale and installation of car windows, tires, and various automotive accessories. We are looking for a dedicated sales consultant to enhance our customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-store interactions, needs assessments, and sales guidance;
- Manage follow-ups on quotations provided to clients;
- Oversee order processing, invoicing, and related administrative duties;
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with customers;
- Engage in ongoing training initiatives;
- Execute additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Background in sales or a related field;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service;
- Excellent listening skills to accurately gauge customer requirements;
- Strong communication abilities, ensuring clarity and conciseness;
- Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving results;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively;
- Proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset;
- Familiarity with the automotive glass, tire, and accessory sectors is a significant advantage.
