Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through in-store interactions, needs assessments, and sales guidance;
  • Manage follow-ups on quotations provided to clients;
  • Oversee order processing, invoicing, and related administrative duties;
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with customers;
  • Engage in ongoing training initiatives;
  • Execute additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Background in sales or a related field;
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service;
  • Excellent listening skills to accurately gauge customer requirements;
  • Strong communication abilities, ensuring clarity and conciseness;
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving results;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively;
  • Proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset;
  • Familiarity with the automotive glass, tire, and accessory sectors is a significant advantage.
