We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Structube. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in promoting our furniture and accessories to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert product knowledge and make recommendations to customers to meet their needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, including 1 year in a sales consultant role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal, to communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Proven sales results and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift or move up to 30 kg (65 lbs) as required.
