  • Menu Planning: Collaborate with our culinary team to create and implement new menu ideas, ensuring alignment with our brand's culinary vision.
  • Culinary Innovation: Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques, introducing new ideas and innovations to our menus and kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or culinary leadership
  • Proven track record of menu planning and kitchen operations management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
