Director Finance, Assistant Controller

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Development

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth.
  • Coach and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and advice to senior management, driving informed decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Financial Operations and Control

  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Manage financial systems, processes, and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.

Project Management and Implementation

  • Lead and coordinate financial projects, ensuring timely completion and successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and process improvements.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial plans and forecasts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as CPA or CMA.
