Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to join our Product Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of product development projects, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that the product deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage and oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on service performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage timesheets and monitor team utilization to optimize resource allocation.
  • Product Development: Work with the Product Management team or other stakeholders to refine product features and requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and issues that may impact project delivery and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or information technology or college diploma.
  • Experience: 5+ years as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Release Coordinator, or similar role with a strong understanding of service delivery.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps) for tracking progress and facilitating collaboration.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken French and English.
  • Industry Knowledge: Relevant technical knowledge or experience related to the insurance industry.
