As a Project Delivery Manager at Desjardins, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding the successful execution of complex, cross-functional projects.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, from meticulously planning project timelines and budgets to coordinating internal teams and external partners. You'll be responsible for ensuring that projects adhere to established deadlines and financial constraints while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation. Accurately estimate project costs, taking into account potential risks and dependencies.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Supervise and motivate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient delivery. Establish clear performance expectations and implement quality control measures.
  • Risk Management & Mitigation: Proactively identify and assess potential project risks, developing effective mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. Monitor project progress closely and adjust plans as needed to address unforeseen challenges.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders at all levels. Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Delivery Manager with a proven track record of success in managing complex projects within a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration).
  • Minimum six years of experience in project management, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in French is required.
