Desjardins is seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to contribute to our dynamic team. As a Project Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of cross-functional projects within established timeframes and budgetary constraints.

Your responsibilities will encompass directing material, time, IT, and human resources to ensure project objectives are met. You will be responsible for analyzing project feasibility, developing comprehensive action plans, defining key milestones, and coordinating project teams effectively.

Furthermore, you will supervise and coordinate contributors involved in the application and technology aspects of large-scale projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality deliverables and optimal team performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans for the application and technology components
  • Provide guidance and oversight to contributors involved in project delivery
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and agreements meticulously
  • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
  • Effectively manage change requests and oversee solution testing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
  • Minimum of eight years of proven experience in project management
  • Fluency in French is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to plan and align project goals with organizational objectives
