Regional Quality Manager

Grifols is seeking a highly skilled Regional Quality Manager to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site quality systems and related processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct supervision of donor center quality teams, including hiring, training, performance management, and discipline.
  • Provide on-site support for day-to-day activities and conduct regular donor center inspections.
  • Interact with center and corporate level quality and management teams to monitor compliance and implement corrective measures.
  • Identify and propose preventive actions in response to emerging quality needs.
  • Assure compliance with all applicable regulations, industry standards, and company-approved Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an allied science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a GMP regulated laboratory, biologics/drug manufacturing, medical device, or in-vitro diagnostic environment.
  • Project or technical leadership experience required; supervisory or management experience preferred.
