The Role

As a Senior Creative Director - Menswear, you will oversee the entire creative process for our different collections, from initial concept to final product. You will generate original, trend-driven designs that align with market demands and boost sales.

In this role, you'll be responsible for guiding a talented design team to ensure each phase of the design process is completed efficiently and on time. Your deep knowledge of fashion trends, artistic expertise, and ability to shape the aesthetic of our menswear collection will be crucial in aligning with our brand's strategic goals and positioning.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to identify and shape seasonal trends for our target audience.
  • Foster a creative, supportive environment where your team of designers can grow and thrive. Guide and coach them to reach their full potential.
  • Contribute innovative ideas on how to transform the latest trends into products our customers will love.
  • Collaborate on creating artwork and establishing seasonal color palettes.
  • Work closely with the technical design team, offering feedback on drawings and designs.
  • Oversee every aspect of presentation, from mood boards to prototypes, ensuring ideas are communicated clearly and market direction is consistent.
  • Attend fittings to guarantee that garments not only look great but fit perfectly.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A college diploma in Fashion Design.
  • 8 years + of related experience in fashion design.
  • Excellent Illustrator knowledge.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas in front of key stakeholders.
  • An excellent fashion sense and knack for originality and creativity.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide teams toward achieving goals.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including group insurance coverage, a group RRSP/DPSP plan, and an EFAP.
