Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Pepper Hakka & Thai Cuisine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes that showcase our restaurant's unique blend of Hakka and Thai cuisine. You will work closely with our head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and presented in an attractive and appetizing way.

You will also be responsible for managing the inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, as well as maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Additionally, you will be expected to train and mentor junior staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality control
