Job Description

As a Skin Therapist Specialist at Hand & Stone, you will be responsible for providing customized facials and skincare solutions to our clients. This includes:

  • Demonstrating outstanding customer service skills
  • Greeting clients with a warm and inviting manner
  • Explaining treatments and offering add-ons
  • Maintaining a professional work environment and appearance
  • Communicating client updates to the spa team
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • An esthetic diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of skincare lines and products
  • Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Schedule flexibility
