Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing products according to patient, customer, and company requirements while working in a team environment. Key responsibilities include executing manufacturing activities, operating automated Clean in Place and Steam in Place systems, and performing manual cleaning of compounding equipment and manufacturing rooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all duties according to established safety standards and company policies.
- Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Access company intranet for relevant policies and procedures.
- Notify supervisors of any deviations from procedure or product defects.
- Participate in audits and investigations to promote a culture of compliance.
- Ensure implementation of company policies and regulations related to safety and quality.
Productivity and Equipment
- Safely operate all required equipment and machinery.
- Process batches within specifications to meet department targets.
- Prepare and control process units for start-up and shutdown.
- Understand and operate automated systems.
- Execute SAP transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Teamwork
- Show teamwork by assuming responsibility for team goal setting.
- Actively seek and accept feedback from senior team members.
- Contribute to team growth and success.
- Communicate effectively in English.
- Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities and implement action steps.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum High School diploma.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to facilitate information exchange among team members.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Understanding of cGMP and ability to work in accordance with departmental requirements.
- Able to lift between 5 to 20 kg and perform physical tasks as required.
Experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
