Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Call It Spring stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the profitable operation and success of one store, representing our brand with integrity and respect towards others and the planet.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Build a team of inclusive, fashion-forward, collaborative, and engaged people through recruiting and succession planning.
- Customer Experience: Deliver a stunning and seamless omni-channel client experience by embracing a "customer-obsessed" mindset.
- Sales and Operations: Maximize sales and control operational costs through effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Training and Development: Ensure all team members comply with company policies, procedures, and brand initiatives through training and communication.
- Visual Presentation: Ensure the store is brand-aligned through flawless execution of visual presentation and marketing display.
- Performance Management: Provide ongoing training and regular performance-based feedback to all team members.
- Inclusive Atmosphere: Create a diverse and inclusive atmosphere free from discrimination and harassment, reflective of our People-First philosophy.
- Business Acumen: Business-minded trendsetter who understands today's ever-changing fashion landscape and the impact of sustainable fashion.
- Education: High school diploma (D.E.S.)
- Experience: Two years of retail or service industry leadership experience
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills
- Motivation: Ability to motivate others to achieve sales objectives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills.
- Flexibility: Able to work flexible hours based on your state or province.
- Physical Demands: Able to bend, lift, and move boxes up to 35 lb (≈16 kg)
