Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing financial transactions and will be responsible for boosting financial strength by ensuring all transactions are processed properly and managing the account receivable department staff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to create and present reports. They will also have hands-on experience with accounting software Microsoft Dynamics 365 and familiarity with formulas in MS Excel.

Responsibilities
  • Manage communication and processes between business departments and offices to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct credit checks on new and potential customers
  • Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law
  • Negotiate with clients in non-payment cases to ensure timely collections
  • Organize accurate records of invoices and deposits
  • Develop management reports on AR performance, KPI, and contribute to weekly financial forecasts and month-end reporting
