Process Improvement Leader

We are partnering with a leading Canadian Fintech company to find a skilled Process Improvement Leader to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of corporate finance and process improvement, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and effectiveness in complex environments.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps and inefficiencies
  • Designing and implementing process metrics and analytics to measure performance and drive improvement
  • Providing training and coaching to team members on process improvement best practices

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
