Job Title: Mask Fit Tester

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mask Fit Tester to join our Occupational Health and Safety team at North York General Hospital. As a Mask Fit Tester, you will be responsible for administering mask fit testing to all new employees, physicians, and volunteers, and providing retesting every two years. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records within our Occupational Health software and scanning to the employee health record.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quantitative and qualitative mask fit testing to all new employees, physicians, and volunteers
  • Maintain accurate records within our Occupational Health software and scanning to the employee health record
  • Provide monthly compliance reports to managers
  • Check inventory and replenish supplies as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a health and safety environment, preferred
  • Enrolment in a degree or diploma program in health or safety related field, preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Bilingualism in French/English, an asset
