Job Summary

As a Mask Fit Specialist at North York General Hospital, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees, physicians, and volunteers. Your primary responsibility will be to administer mask fit testing, ensuring compliance with our health and safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer quantitative and qualitative mask fit testing to new employees, physicians, and volunteers
  • Maintain accurate records of testing results and supply inventory
  • Replenish supplies as needed to ensure continuity of service
  • Collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety team to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a health and safety environment, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Enrollment in a degree or diploma program related to health or safety, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingualism in French and English, an asset
