Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Planning: Develop and implement effective inventory plans to meet business needs, taking into account sales trends, product demand, and supply chain constraints.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted, stored, and rotated to minimize waste and optimize space.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Train and supervise inventory control staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
