Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Coast Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check guests in and out, handle room assignments, and ensure that all guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with room maintenance, including cleaning and restocking rooms, and reporting any maintenance issues to the maintenance team.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
