Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Coast Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Greet and check-in guests, provide information on hotel facilities and services, and respond to guest requests and concerns.
- Housekeeping: Ensure that guest rooms are clean and well-maintained, and that all linens and towels are stocked.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including answering phones, handling guest complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery and to achieve team goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or front desk role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and bending.
