Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Coast Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Greet and check-in guests, provide information on hotel facilities and services, and respond to guest requests and concerns.
  • Room Preparation: Ensure rooms are clean and ready for occupancy, and make any necessary adjustments to room settings.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including handling guest complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
