Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Robin's Donuts. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job duties and responsibilities.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and a positive experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Environment: Noisy, odours, fast-paced environment, and physically demanding.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
