Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at DEE HOLDINGS LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring effective financial management and decision-making.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain financial control systems and ensure compliance.
- Financial Record-Keeping: Keep accurate and up-to-date financial records, including manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.
- Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure effective team performance.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
Fast-paced environment with a focus on financial management and control.
