Resident Care Partner Job Description

At Sienna Senior Living, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Resident Care Partner, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care and services that enhance the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting Residents: Provide support with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, mobility, and continence management.
  2. Monitoring and Documentation: Monitor and document residents' vitals, weights, behavior, mobility, safety, and involvement in activities.
  3. Escorting and Transportation: Escort residents to social activity programs, appointments, and dining areas.
  4. Communication and Reporting: Promptly answer nursing call systems and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members.
  5. Assisting with Transfers: Assist with move-in, move-out, and transfer of residents.
Requirements:
  1. Education and Certification: High School Diploma and completion of the Personal Support Worker program from a recognized institution.
  2. First Aid and CPR: First Aid and CPR certified.
  3. Experience: Six (6) months experience in a geriatric environment.
  4. Vulnerable Sector Check: All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check.
