Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers
  • Manage sales-related tasks, including data entry, order tracking, and shipping coordination
  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Perform data entry and review tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Deliver forecasts and documentation to truckers as required
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • English spoken with functional French

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $50,000
