As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales with defined key accounts while delivering profitable growth for both the customer and UPL AgroSolutions Canada Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across headquarters and regional/divisional levels.
- Collaborate with internal functions, including supply chain, regional sales, product management, finance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Conduct market and competitive intelligence analysis to identify opportunities and respond to competitive moves.
- Forecast account sales and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Ag Science or Business, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Agricultural, Chemical, or related Agriculture Industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales objectives and developing effective account plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong ability to think logically and systematically.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Recognizes and adapts to changing circumstances, increasing personal awareness and appreciation of individual and cultural differences to create an open, inclusive, and accepting workplace.
