Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Specialist to join our team at COMFY SPA LTD. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will provide exceptional care and support to our patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming patients
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and mobility
  • Monitor and maintain patient records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
