About the Role:

The Director, Quality Assurance and Control will develop and implement the vision and strategy for enterprise-wide quality excellence, leading a team of quality leaders and experts. This role ensures efficient quality management systems, effective quality risk management, and smart manufacturing practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to integrating and aligning quality processes and goals across the enterprise.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven expertise in leading a Quality Management function
  • Certifications in areas such as ISO standards, Quality Planning, Lean Six Sigma, Supplier Quality Management, Auditing, and Product Development Process
