Job Description:
As the Sales Lead, you will be critical in building a repeatable sales engine, driving revenue growth, and scaling the sales team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional to implement and grow their team and to own and execute a company sales strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales initiatives and refine and execute sales strategies
  • Develop partner channel programs and acquire and grow relationships with promotional product distributors, apparel decorators, print-on-demand providers, and wholesale apparel suppliers
  • Align with senior management to set revenue goals and actively engage in direct selling to meet or exceed these targets, ensuring sustainable growth

Requirements:
5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Sales Director). Experience in the custom/decorated apparel industry or a related field is desirable.
