We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team at Michael Kors. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an elevated customer experience, performing operational tasks with excellence, and achieving productivity goals through multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive results through delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Perform operational tasks with precision and accuracy
  • Achieve productivity goals through effective time management and prioritization
  • Foster customer relationships by continually developing knowledge of current trends and styling techniques
  • Brainstorm with management to create innovative ways to maximize personal sales results
  • Drive Omni-channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant retail experience
  • A self-starter with the ability to drive results
  • Energetic and motivated with the ability to engage; a true brand ambassador
  • Customer service obsessed; ability to sell with a passion for styling and a love for fashion
  • Technologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit
