Current Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Project Accountant to join our Edmonton Industrial Management office. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a career they're proud of.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile project-related accounts payable and costing allocations.
  • Prepare client billing packages in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Audit subcontractor invoices and ensure timely payment.
  • Participate in monthly project forecast review meetings to provide input on financial status.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Two or more years of accounting experience, preferably in construction.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
Compensation and Benefits
