We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Go Logistics Inc.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, coordinating various HR activities, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • HR Coordination: Coordinate various HR activities, such as seminars, conferences, and staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including reviewing HR projects and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, direct and control daily operations, and motivate staff.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, and schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Training: Train staff, establish and implement policies and procedures, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Payroll: Oversee payroll administration, including managing contracts and negotiating collective agreements.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service, including answering electronic enquiries and responding to employee questions and complaints.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
