Job SummaryThe Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, coordinating various HR activities, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- HR Coordination: Coordinate various HR activities, such as seminars, conferences, and staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including reviewing HR projects and implementing policies and procedures.
- Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, direct and control daily operations, and motivate staff.
- Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, and schedule and confirm appointments.
- Training: Train staff, establish and implement policies and procedures, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
- Payroll: Oversee payroll administration, including managing contracts and negotiating collective agreements.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service, including answering electronic enquiries and responding to employee questions and complaints.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
