Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Go Logistics Inc.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, coordinating various HR activities, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • HR Coordination: Coordinate various HR activities, such as recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including employment standards, health and safety, and labor laws.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics and trends.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
