Senior Program Manager

The Senior Coordinator is a key position at Northlands College, responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programs that meet the needs of the community and industry. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning theories and teaching strategies, as well as excellent organizational and supervisory skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement programs that align with the College's program plan and respond to community and industry needs
- Conduct needs assessments, recommend suitable programs, and prepare program proposals
- Monitor program delivery, including orienting, supervising, and evaluating instructors and administrative program staff
- Ensure adherence to program curriculum and College policy and procedures
- Provide timely reports to the Executive Regional Director, funding agencies, and other partners
- Bachelor of Education degree with a Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, including overnight stays and air travel
- Satisfactory criminal records check
