Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the food counter, kitchen, and dining area
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous food service experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
