Job Summary

We are seeking a Food Service Team Member to join our team. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Prepare food and beverages to order, following McDonald's quality and safety standards
  • Operate a cash register and process payments accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

  • No previous experience required, but a background in food service or retail is beneficial
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
