Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Columbine Food Services Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: On-site customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
