Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Legal Support

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide legal support to our team at Doorstep Immigration Consultancy Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the flow of information and ensure timely communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure efficient and effective work processes.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
