Area Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Supervisor to join our team at Webber. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our infrastructure, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance crews to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect and assess infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address these issues.
- Work with the Operations Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets.
- Supervise and train maintenance crew members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Respond to emergency situations and coordinate the response of maintenance crews.
- Monitor and control inventory and materials to ensure that they are used efficiently and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum five years of experience in construction and/or road maintenance industry.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
The Area Supervisor will split their time between office and field work. The office environment is typical of a professional office setting, with occasional exposure to outside weather conditions in the field.
