Job Title: Truck Driver Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Truck Driver Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation management and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of truck drivers and ensure they are meeting their performance targets.
  • Coordinate and schedule transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and report on transportation costs and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve transportation efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in transportation management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other transportation management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the trucking industry.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
