We are a leading provider of attendant care and motor vehicle accident services in Eastern Ontario.

Job Summary

We are seeking a certified Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, incontinence care, and mobility assistance.
  • Support with instrumental activities of daily living, such as laundry, meal preparation, and transportation planning.
  • Observe and report changes in client conditions.
  • Provide companionship, social, and emotional support.
  • Accompany clients on errands and to appointments.
  • Work with healthcare teams to follow client care plans and goals.
  • Administer medication reminders.
Requirements
  • PSW certificate meeting technical and practical standards.
  • Clear enhanced police record check.
  • Able to acquire a valid CPR/BLS certificate.
  • Able to complete WHMIS training.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and respectful manner with clients and colleagues.
