The University of Winnipeg is seeking a highly skilled Policy Analyst to join our team in the Office of the General Counsel. As a Policy Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development, review, and implementation of policies related to the University's Policy Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform policy development and review
  • Develop and maintain policy documents and records
  • Assist with policy implementation and monitoring
  • Provide support to the Senior Policy Analyst and General Counsel on policy-related matters
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the University to gather input and feedback on policy initiatives
  • Develop and maintain the University's Policy Library and Website
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in the Social Sciences or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in policy analysis and development, preferably in a post-secondary institution
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
