Professional Administrator for Teacher Employment Services

The Alberta Teachers' Association is seeking a highly skilled Professional Administrator to support the Teacher Employment Services program area. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of the program, and the successful candidate will have strong administrative and supervisory skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide support staff by directing, overseeing, and managing their performance.
- Monitor the work of support staff to ensure they meet standards, requirements, and deadlines.
- Hire, train, and monitor staff, providing them with access to professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Three years of progressive administrative and supervisory experience in a professional setting.
- Experience using Microsoft Power BI is an asset.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer-service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
In this role, you can expect a competitive salary range of $72,997 to $91,865, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. As a member of our team, you will also enjoy a 35-hour workweek, three weeks of paid vacation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
