This Position
Spiritual Health Practitioner- Residential Care
We are seeking a Spiritual Health Practitioner- Residential Care to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide spiritual support and care to residents and their families in residential care facilities.

Responsibilities
- Provide spiritual health services, care, and support to residents and their families
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Develop and maintain relationships with local spiritual and religious communities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in theology or related field
- Completion of advanced Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) unit
- One year of experience in a spiritual health-related role or equivalent combination of education and experience

Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to develop therapeutic relationships and provide supportive care
- Knowledge of pastoral/spiritual care theory and practice
- Cultural competency and sensitivity in working with diverse faiths and cultures
