Job Title: Heavy Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at ALL ROUND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC.

Job Summary:

The Heavy Duty Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners and performing other routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and scrub floors, including hallways, stairs, and other high-traffic areas
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact contractors for major repairs and maintenance
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Perform other routine maintenance tasks, such as painting and drywall repair
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in cleaning and maintenance an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • Steel-toed safety boots required
Work Environment:

The Heavy Duty Cleaner will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
