Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and success for our well-established client in Burnaby. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will leverage your sales acumen and experience to communicate with the customer service and sales team, handle customer enquiries and quotation requests, and drive sales growth with delivery and follow-up. If you have at least 2+ years of manufacturing/construction sales experience, this could be a great opportunity for you to grow and progress in your career.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Drive sales growth through effective communication and delivery of sales strategies
  • Handle customer enquiries and quotation requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years in an inside sales or relatable position
  • Minimum typing speed of 55- 60 wpm
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • CRM software experience
  • Sales acumen
