Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
    • Develop and implement effective team management strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Implement quality control measures to improve food quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Working Conditions

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced food service environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure is required.
