Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at DGA FOOD SERVICE INC. O/A SUBWAY. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation and Handling: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods according to company standards.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, as well as sweep, mop, and polish floors.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
