Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager - Property Services to join our team at Bouygues Energies & Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality property services and ensuring the effective management of our operational staff, budgets, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of operational staff to deliver high-quality property services.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, revenue, and technical productivity.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure effective use of company funds.
    • Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Relevant degree in a field such as business, management, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in property services or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and revenue.
    • Knowledge of financial management and budgeting principles.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
