Job Summary:The Human Resources Coordinator provides critical support to the HR team, ensuring seamless execution of various HR functions. This role involves coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative assistance to HR Country Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to HR Country Manager, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Coordinate training programs and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and benefits.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefit programs, including paid time off and payroll.
- Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a unionized environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Digital literacy and proficiency in HRIS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
